The Society hosts the largest annual UK gathering of scholars working across the full disciplinary range of French studies.

The 2018 annual conference was our largest yet, with up to ten parallel sessions, in addition to four plenary speakers, and a number of special events targeted at our vibrant postgraduate community.

We also organise a well-attended annual postgraduate conference.
