Postgraduate Poster Competition 2024

This year’s poster competition has received 16 entries from Masters and PhD students working across the fields and disciplines that make up French studies today. A virtual gallery of posters can be viewed on this page, and delegates at the Annual Conference are invited to attend the poster sessions on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 July, where poster entrants will be on hand to discuss their research over tea and coffee.

We are delighted to announce that the winner of this year's poster competition is Katharine Kent (University of Cambridge). The runners-up are Clementine Pursey (University of St Andrews) and Tamzin Elliott (Durham University). The judges of the competition, Profs Catriona Seth and Lydie Moudileno, were very impressed by the high standard of this year’s submissions, and commended the care, consideration, and creative flair that had been put into making each poster.
