New Current Research Database The Society is delighted to announce the launch of its new Current Research database for researchers in the field of French and Francophone Studies. The database mainly lists work being carried out by researchers affiliated to universities in the UK and Ireland, but we are happy to receive entries from scholars overseas, those not permanently attached to universities, those working in retirement, and also those pursuing research on French topics while working in different areas altogether. You may submit details of any project that includes a French dimension. Interdisciplinary research involving France, francophone issues, linguistics, literary and cultural theory and so on is welcome. The SFS Postgraduate Current Research database has been merged with the new one and postgraduates are encouraged to use it. Entries made on the former SFS database have been archived and are still available through a browse facility on the site. If any entry is still valid then feel free to enter it anew in the current research section. Simply click on the link below and go to the 'Register' tab. You will be notified by e-mail when your registration request has been processed. You will then be able to enter your data.
